also the data is expensive…….
Data is crazy expensive, seems better just to buy 300MB int Data from Telstra for 85bucks or whatever your provider is.
Always cheaper and easier to buy a sim when you get to the country concerned.

Never really been an issue. I just leave a message on my AU message bank to call my new international number. Text it to a few friends. Then do that again if I change countries.
