  • So, what/where/when?
Please post info regarding using the SIM.
    Thanks.

    Don't bother…

    From the site:

TravelSIM is a pre-paid international roaming service that gives you easy phone access from your mobile in over 190 countries around the world. Plus, you stay 100% in control of your usage and costs, so there's no bill shock when you get home.

Reading from the link above, this call-back method seems like a hassle.

  • Yeh it's bloody annoying. You ring a number then wait a few minutes then it rings you back. annoying.

    also the data is expensive…….

  • Data is crazy expensive, seems better just to buy 300MB int Data from Telstra for 85bucks or whatever your provider is.

  • +2

Always cheaper and easier to buy a sim when you get to the country concerned.

    • true - except if you want to keep the same number :)

      • Never really been an issue. I just leave a message on my AU message bank to call my new international number. Text it to a few friends. Then do that again if I change countries.

  • Oops, sorry, read it wrong.
