    Nothing uses 100Hz unless you watch 3d bluray movies. TV stations, consoles, DVD, all use 50-60Hz.
    The back pocket hertz from spending more than necessary.

      Interpolation of frames happens on any inputs that the internal scaler allows.

Do a quick search from wikipedia, Blaupunkt is a German brand, so would expect decent out of it
