  Good timing for me too, finishing off the last of the last batch.
  However that deal was 8 x 250 = 2kg, this one is 9 x 210 = 1.89kg. :(

    More choice and different beans. Also we have moved our transport solution to Australia Post so it is more cost effective to keep it under 2kg with the additional weight of the satchel and bags etc. Otherwise it makes the deal less viable as freight cost increases to $15-$16

    There is a lot of work involved packing and weighing these multiple coffee deals and therefore would often run at $69,95 so this is pretty sharp pricing.

    Please bear in mind also that Aussie dollar is down and coffee prices have increased and we haven't even factored this in :-)

      If by 'more choice' you mean 'more varieties provided in smaller bags' - sure.
      However, a number of varieties in this mix have been offered before (even recently) in other specials/bargains, so in that regard there is less choice (especially since there is no choice or available selection within what is offered).

      Shipping and AU$ reasons are more than valid, however they do make this deal a little less attractive than previous ones.

        Sorry but it's impossible to offer choice selection within these deals as we have over 100 single origins and if I had to roast small batches on an individual basis for you it would take 25 mins per each 9 coffee per person and would leave me left over coffee. I would be losing money and it would be logistically impossible.

        If there are specific coffees that people would like to try in future deals then by all means make some suggestions and I'll bear them in mind and try to accommodate.

        It's hardly a surprise that you see it as less attractive when you treat a sampler pack as a straight quantity based concept and fail to see the additional value (and cost) of offering a further variant.

        The goal is not to keep you in coffee - the goal is to offer a general sampling of the variants in order to engender further orders for specific coffees.

        Some of those variants will not be to your tastes. The less you get of a coffee you are not so keen on, the better. The more types, the better chance you have of discovering ones that you like.

  I'd order if I didn't have about that much coffee I already have to get through. By the time I drink this it won't be so freshly roasted :P hopefully you'll have a similar deal in a month or two…

  I'm still stocked up on coffee from the last offer… but do you happen to have any offers on decaf? I go through a lot of decaf and never seem to see any decaf deals :(
