    Ah yes, I fondly remember playing the arcade game on a cruise ship with all the Offspring songs.

    At its heart, Sega was a very accomplished game developer.

    There were games like this, Jet Set Radio and Shenmue, and they pushed video games into uncharted territory. And nobody even knew about them.

    It's sad, when you think about it.

    I played this on the coin-op machines with my bent $1 coins when I was 7 or 8 and I loved the feeling of speed and even exploration. When I found it on PS2 I was so excited I bought it without checking the price, spending like all of my birthday money on it. I have fond memories of the cool music and funny announcer voice or speeding down the city incline only to fly off a ramp and achieve like 20s airtime, or driving to pick up customers under water and seeing they have snorkels on. Haha. Thank you for posting this, I wonder how it will compare to the console version.

      Feels similar and I find myself using on screen controls rather than tilt… pretty fun and happy to play this. Brings back so many memories.
