I've noticed a few titles that I got in that have jumped up to the buy 2 get one free.End of January I think. Now replaced by B2G1F- many same titles. A few 2 for $30 also added I think.
Thanks for that. Also a heads up that if you buy Game of Thrones DVD, you'll get 50% off any other HBO titles such as Entourage, The Wire, Tru Calling, Treme, etc. I'm sure it applies to both DVD and blu rays. Just helped myself to 4 seasons of The Wire - top quality show.
The Young Indiana Jones DVD box sets are in JB's 'TV 2 for $40' section at the moment, so with 20% off that makes them 2 for $32 (+ $1.98 postage, unless you live close to Penrith, the only store in the country with stock). That works out at $16.99 each delivered - a great price for beautifully packaged 12, 9 and 10 disc sets.
Yep - I got vol 1 for $17 from big w ages ago - will be picking up 2 and 3 now - cheapest I've ever seen them.
If I had more money I would pick up the BOND 50 box - $135 bargain!
Edit: the Indy jones tv description mentions the old man Indy introductions - these were actually cut from the DVDs for whatever reason. But they are all up on YouTube .. They used to be anyway haven't checked in ages
Sounds like you did the same as me! I also got Volume 1 on special at Big W and have been waiting patiently for Volumes 2 & 3 to be on sale.
Just checked YouTube and the Old Indy segments are still there, but I think it's a bit strange seeing Indy as a cranky old guy with an eyepatch, so the DVDs are probably better off without him.
Oh also there was 1 copy of volume 2 in frankston JB yesterday - not sure why it's not showing as available to collect from there… But I wanted 2 and 3 anyway so

Store stock levels are usually inaccurate.
Bought 2 movies online at 1pm today, got a shipment notification a little over an hour later. Such good service is why I keep buying more.
Any indication of how long the sale goes on for (especially for CDs)?
