      spam? how

  • I was editing my comment and timed out.

Anyway, without the price in the listing it almost looks like spam. The website specialises in nothing in particular, has the name "intelligent pty ltd" with no logo or branding, etc.

    This is the ad I believe http://intelligent.openstores.com.au/p/378/HDMI-Cable-5-Metr… , $16 + $6.95 shipping.

More information about the site promotes buyer confidence. I wouldn't be buying from them personally. There are strange ads to delete my internet history.. why?

Anyway, the about page reveals more info but http://intelligent.openstores.com.au/s/24/About-Us.html - still feels strange.

The only thing "strange" about the product/ad is the retail price of $250.
Other than that, it looks fine.

  • This seems too good to be true!!! Long HDMI cables are very difficult to make and hence normally very expensive. Even if it's true, I would be worried about the quality. Think of it this way, $16 doesn't even get you a good quality 5M VGA cable.

  • Calculate postage and you get

    Delivery Method Delivery Fee
    PerfumeDelivery $6.95

    Perfume Delivery?

However looking at their ABN it is valid and has been since 2005

  • Anyone can get an ABN. Its not hard. You can even have one and do nothing with it for years if you want. Looks like a poorly made dropshipping reseller site.

i think you worry too much!
if people would like to scam, i dont think they will scam for that amount of money with amount Less than $20

anyway, you can complete your payment via paypal or credit card so your MONEY is safe, and you can rest assure

  • For what its worth, i ordered one of these cables and everything was hassle free.

The cable was sent out the same day my money cleared and i was given a tracking number on the same day (Unlike some companies who have not sent me the tracking number until after i have recieved the goods)

I would have no hesitation using them again :)
