This is a great strap, works like a charm, haven't had mine get loose at all so possibly not a common fault - definitely not hard to tighten it every now and then to ensure its safe if you did experience it though.
Still too expensive, any Chinese knock off version?
too expensive. the only other brand im aware of is… black rapid and they are around $80-90…. so this is a pretty good price.

I tried Adelaide CBD. The lowest they could go was $35 which did not pull a trigger on my wallet.
I would definitely get it for $20…$25.
These are like always $35 at georges camera, and I don't think they mind a bit of haggling. Anyways be warned that this strap has a flaw with the mount screw being loose after a days use and the camera can fall off easily.
