Went to supercheap to get some oil and saw the shell helix oil for $24.50 or half price for auto club plus members. I wasn't a member but when I went to buy the oil I could buy a membership for $5 and then get the oil half price making it 17.25, I was told the half price discount is for today only with a limit of 2 items.

  They also have the HX5 (better stuff) for $16.xx, 2 purchase limit, no membership requirement I think.
  And HX7 for slightly more.

  I agree, the HX3 is for older cars, pre-1990 or carbie cars. 20W-50 is also thick oil, your 2014 XR6-Turbo aint gonna enjoy this stuff.
