It would make more sense to pre-register directly via the PMA Australia website (which the previous deal linked to).
The previous deal was more than two months ago so this is probably a suitable reminder a few days before the event. Though PMA Australia can't seem to decide exactly when the event is - the right column Events Diary 2009 on their website says "June 25-28", the text on the site says "June 26 - June 28" and the image says June 27th & June 28th …

I also have reread it and its not a straight duplicate (same event though) as getting the free ticket is by a different means.

Well the dates may possibly be different due to the (possibility) of trade only days where the public can't attend; otherwise they have got the dates wrong.

Friday 26 June 2009 - 10.30am to 6.00pm (TRADE ONLY)
Saturday 27 June 2009 – 10.30pm to 6.00pm (Amateurs & Hobbyists from 2:00pm)
Sunday 28th June 2009 - 10.30am to 5.00pm (ALL WELCOME)
