    This blood pressure check comes with an increased chance of meeting LEO SAYER! Although I'm pretty sure this makes any blood pressure readings wildly unreliable.

  Don't think one reading will do the job. Blood pressure can be affected by a lot of things, you need to a few readings to establish a baseline.
