Hoyts La Premiere Double Adult Pass $55.77 total price

Not a bad idea for a gift, save a few dollars, regular price is $60. The new Harry Potter movie is out in a few weeks. Thanks for the comments - sounds like La Premiere is not much better than "regular" price seats and not as good as "Gold Class". I had thought "gold class" and "premier" were the same but they are not.
Alcoholic beverages are available and you can purchase specially selected wines and cheese platters to enjoy inside the cinema.
Each La Premiere area is within a Cinemaxx auditorium offering an unsurpassed movieexperience with Super Screens for maximum impact, and stadium seating giving unobstructed views from your luxurious private custom-made sofa seat for two.
The experience is topped off with crystal clear digital surround sound. La Premiere is the perfect indulgence for you or someone special.
La Premiere Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and have no restrictions.
*As La Premiere features a licensed bar, patrons must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Legal guardian must be at least 10 years older than a minor.)

whats the regular price? Good deal?

I saw Star Trek last month in La Premiere in Chatswood and was dissapointed about it when compared to Gold Class at Greater Union. You sit up the back of the normal theatre which is accessed by going up some stairs and walk through the projecter box area. Needed to go to the toilet which involved going all the way back through and down to reach them when they were right outside the door if the Cinema we were in (took an extra 5 minutes). For $30 each you don't get a lot more for your money than a regular ticket.

What are the GU Gold Class ones like? how much?

So in both you get unlimited popcorn and drink, do you get anything else? how much is the other items on the menu?

I don't mind La Premier when its cheap. You get unlimited softdrinks and free popcorn. But yeah, its not comparable to Gold Class in any way. Its just regular cinema but you sit at the back in better seats (nice for couples).

directors suite is the equivalent of gold class
