UPDATE, IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERS:

Hello all, today was quite a hectic day in the office rushing to fulfil everyone's orders. As those who kept track of this deal knows, we ran out of existing stock Thursday evening and had to make arrangements to obtain more stock which is due to arrive on Monday. In the rather chaotic process of picking and packing orders in the warehouse, the chronological order of the orders was mixed up. So some who ordered when the Flash cards were on when they were marked for pre-order were shipped out today while some who ordered earlier missed out, this applies particularly to those who ordered via our mobile website. Update 9.20pm: Sorry OzBargainers, the response on the 64GB microSD was greater than expected. We are having a shipment coming in on Monday. And great news, our supplier is giving us a different version of stock, inclusive of a Toshiba SD Adapter. We've also decided to include Sandisk SD adapters with the earlier orders. That way, everyone gets a SD adapter in the package :)

    I ordered a micro SD card from you two months ago and it never arrived., I contacted you several times and no help. Lucky i paid via papal and got my money back. You seem to answer questions on here but not emails.

        I have given the order number four times via email. Every time was told it would be looked into. Never heard back each time so i put a paypal claim in and got my money back.

        Yeah, I just tried to "Checkout as Guest" and PayPal login payment page says "facilitator account's Test Store" and fails login. I have tried twice without success. You and/or your collaborator(s) should really work this out before opening the doors to customers if you do not want to be down voted.

    How does one get Free Shipping on the Mouse KB Combo?

    Upon entering my details it says.

    Freeship (24 Hours Only, method at our discretion)
    But then the Radio Button for $0 says…Fixed $0.00 Pick Up

      Yeah, the estimator's got a bit of a coding quirk. Basically the "Pick Up" should show up on the next line instead of being on the same line as the Freeship option. If you proceed through the checkout to where you select your shipment options (but have not yet paid anything), the options are correctly separated. Apologies for the confusion.
