Just got this price-matched at the GoodGuys for $1360 (plus 3yr replacement warranty for an extra $139). Total Cost for me was $1499.

Just set it up and so far it is pretty awesome. It's a new 2014 model which hasn't been out too long and the guys at The Good Guys were pretty shocked it was included in the Myers sale. They hadn't even setup their display model yet.

    Yeah I debated the warranty.. but seems like it is hassle-free and they come to your house and replace it for a new one if anything goes wrong. For $46/yr I decided to get it but you definitely don't have to. Anyway that was through the Good Guys, the deal I posted was for Myers.

  If you live near a Costco, they have the same TV for $1399, I'm considering getting one from there as there's no need to purchase any further warranties. They'll refund you if the thing dies or if you aren't happy.
