I checked a few random stores across all states and it was accepted, but there could well be some stores which don't accept it.
No idea on expiry and could be limited to a certain time of day only, but is working right now at least.

Looks like this coupon has been reactivated, but now is valid for Value range instead of Traditional.
That's a long way to travel for 7 pizzas.

Former dominos employee here. Almost no one ever asks to see coupons, as long as the code is entered. Safest bet is to order online and pay by credit card.
