I love this game and have always had troubles getting it to work on later versions of windows so figured now is a good a time as any to buy the steam version.

The Android version was offered for free a little while ago on OzBargain. Touch controls can be a bit fiddly, but it's fun.
The pinnacle of the 2D Worms games. So many ridiculous weapons; the Salvation Army, Holy Hand-Grenade, Aqua Sheep, Carpet Bombs (that are actual carpets), Concrete Donkeys, etc…
I wasted entire nights in these really drawn-out, prolonged battles with my mates where we used dozens and dozens of girders (which can be placed in the air and rotated) to barricade ourselves into these massive fortresses containing all of our worms on opposite sides of the map and then tried to breach each others defenses.
The games took like 6 hours to complete that way, most of the Worms died by drowning in the rising water rather than being KIA.
The 3D series are also quite fun, at least the first title, but the camera and movement is a little tricky, and navigating or jumping obstacles often results in slipping and dying.
