Regarding warranty, please see this comment from Rep:

The warranty is covered by our service center in Sydney, not Samsung. Item is replaceable within 14 business days upon receipt if it's manufacture fault, if over the date limit, item can be repaired under warranty.

Basically phones are grey-imported without Samsung warranty.

    Return to your previous deals and answer the questions that users keep asking you.

    Stop ignoring questions from users and then reposting new deals without going back and answering anyone. If you're going to post grey imports as bargains then you cannot keep ignoring questions such as who pays for shipping to get warranty work done in your crappy service centre and if genuine parts are used or not. These are important points to know when determining if your imported products are good deals or not.

    Once you stop being so dodgey and cagey with these important details I will revoke my neg.

    The old saying, "Its too good to be true" can be applied here. I don't why you would buy a grey import when you could spend a bit extra and get it from a reputable Australian company.

      I think it depend on how much difference in pricing, for example, you can get Note 3 for below $600 delivered for grey import but Australian stock is still above $800 (HN is still $888, DS or JB maybe cheaper). To a lot of people, $200 difference is big enough to take the risk to buy grey import including myself.

        If $200 is too much, you shouldn't buy products costing $800, and especially should not go risking $600 on a shady deal.
        Think. Wait. Buy when it's affordable for you.

    It seems like a good price, however you can buy it without the memory card, including delivery for $755 (this deal works out to $757 with Delivery) from DWI, and previous experience with them for me has always been good.

    Here is a review for anyone looking to buy from them. I just bought a phone and i can say overall okay but not great.

    1. I payed $30 express courier (2 days delivery) Item took 9 days for delivery in an australia post express post bag which would have cost $10 at the most to send and most likely sent 5-6 days after item purchased.

    2. Had to ask for tracking number after 5 days before it was given to me. Most likely sent on that day.

    3. Box looked sealed but had a slice on one side of the seal which may indicate it was opened then resealed with new sticker?.

    4. No reciept/invoice

    Other than that everything is fine and phone works perfectly

      How can you say it is ok when you paid for express courier, expected receipt 2 days and you get it in 9 days. Just like if you book and paid for first class plane ticket and they seat you at economy class, will you say it is okay?

      About the Seal. The seal has broken are due to our dealership they will open the box for unlocked to all networks to compatible for use any region. They will put a new seal authorized by the manufacturer before deliver to our warehouse.
