Smart phone for sub-$250

Hi all,

Just looking for a handset thats is great value for money and reliable. Prefers it has no less than 2gb ram, and dual sim is a must, screen size greater than 5 inch and cpu i really dont if there are much different between octa vs quad cores. Im guessing more then betta but is there sufficient difference?

  • You'll probably have to go for a Chinese brand with those specs and at that price.

  • +1

If you can flex a bit on specs, try the Dual-Sim Motorola Moto G

I's say it'd be a better experience than a China Generic.

    • +1 for the Moto G. When it first came out, lots of people bought it for around $219-225.

  • I must agree with you the moto G is a great unit, one main disadvantage is there is no expandable memory and the screen is a little small.

    Any Other ideas?

  • The Sony Xperia C has expandable memory and a 5 inch screen, however, it only has 1gb of ram, but otherwise it meets your requirements of a quad core and dual sim at the price of $199. I would take a Sony branded phone over a Kogan or Chinese branded phone any day. http://www.eglobaldigitalcameras.com.au/sony-xperia-c-dual-s…
