      aha yeah, this description is quite silly…

      what exactly else could someone legitimately expect to happen when you buy 3 identical items??? what ambiguity does the example clear up, exactly???

      now, "when you buy 4 identical items", on the other hand, would ACTUALLY be a useful example to give: the answer to that question would actually give us new information that repeating the same thing 3 times does not unambiguously reveal!!! (whether EVERY second one is discounted, as the title appears to describe)

      edit: aha, i tried 4 items, and only the second one is $0.10!!! by the wording of the title, 2 of them should be $0.10! please change the title! it should be: "buy more than 1 of the same item, and get the second one for $0.10".

    It is not smooth sailing dealing with this company, buyer beware! still waiting for delivery on the last promotion "https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/138870" seems they hide behind holidays for delay in delivery like Labor day holiday mentioned here
    had prompt response today to my non-delivery of the last promo and quote

    "We are very sorry that our carrier's warehouse had just been moved to a new place and then the 3 days holiday which caused many orders delay their shipping.
    Your package has been shipped out on 10th Apr via super saver shipping which does not have a tracking number to provide, and it is noted that the super saver shipping needs a 10-20 WORKING DAYS usually.

      I see lots of ozbargain posts from these guys, but customer service is non existent.

        I havn't received my 2 orders from 30 March yet. I can't even find an email saying the have been shipped yet (though perhaps already purged from my junk mail folder). Their "Live Chat" link is actually seems to generate an email rather than a live chat. Lets see if they respond.

    I'm tending to agree with 'afterabargain'
    Their web site is buggy and communication is also a major issue. It may be because of language difference but it is still frustrating for the customer.
    I have left two different questions on two different posts for the Rep - but have not received any response.
    Also, I have sent an email but the response did not address my question.
    I have just now sent a second email to try to resolve a problem with the shipping charges calculated by their web site.
    I have place 4 orders with them (the last, over a week ago is still at status "processing") and tried to place a fifth order 4 days ago (re: the emails).
    If I do not get a timely resolution to this current issue, I will not be placing any more orders with them - it's just too hard!

        further to my above post. I did email them this morning and had a response tonight. It did not address the problem of taking 7 days to send the item from order date, think will dispute with PayPal in next couple of days judging by comments here of other non deliveries, there was an earlier comment along the line of a $ or so from each order then don't deliver gives them a handy profit.
        in case some missed the original listing it mention a Labor day special, hence my comment then, about hiding behind holidays for slow deliveries to stall people. Call me cynical, but then what other explanation is there.

        edit: just been back to their web page, Labor day promo back on and products extended, they must be dreaming this lot up on the run, an indication of how the business is run maybe?

    Standard Shipping (which is actually cheaper than Super Saver Shipping for this item) for 2 * 10W floodlight is $13.52 but for 2 * 20W floodlights is $24.33.
    I note that there is a difference in product dimensions but the cheapest shipping cost for a pair of the 20W is now more than the cost of the 2 actual floodlights under this deal. Rep, can you improve the shipping cost?
