How is it any different to operating the inbuilt radio?
One is illegal the other is not!
It's not that different, both can attract a fine. If you get caught being distracted using your inbuilt radio you can get a ticket.
If you get caught being distracted taking a sip of water you can get a ticket.
Stezza's preferred use when driving is via AppRadio mode, available in compatible Pioneer head units.

Why are you still using IOS 5? The 4S handles IOS 7 well.

Originally I didn't go to iOS6 because I wanted to keep google maps, but not that's available as a separate download I should have gone to iOS6. Now I don't like iOS7. I use it on the work iPads and hate it. Yeah in hindsight I should have got iOS6 when I could. Too late now, so stuck on iOS5.
Disagree. Upgrading to IOS7 has killed my battery (as in it drops from 90-95% to completely off).
Yeah, sorry about that. An update for iOS 5 users is in review with Apple.
