The male fragrances I could order, but the female fragrance seem to only have "United Kingdom" listed under "Country", so might be restricted to the UK.
Upon submitting the form, you are also given a "tracking number".
I was unable to find an offer expiry date, so it is probably "while stocks last".
Note: It's just a fragranced postcard.

I ordered one of these samples from Hugo Boss a while back.
You don't get a 5ml vial or anything you can use a few times. All you get is a card with a strip that you remove so as get an idea of how the fragrance smells. Much like those found in magazines.
