What I meant to say was, I received the $75 for opening an OE account. But can you also receive the Iconic offer on top of this? I understood it to be 1 offer per account.

I think what you meant to say is that the offers are mutually exclusive. However, judging by the T&Cs, they are NOT mutually exclusive. But it does seem that they aren't checking thoroughly so it is possible to get both.

Yeah contacted them like 2 weeks after, they said they cancel that card and send me new one.. Its been over 3 weeks later and nothing. I ll probably close this account soon..

I opened my account on 18/6, deposit on 26/6, $75 rec'd around 4/7 :-)
The 5% cash back is for opening the account & lasts for 6 months. I think it drops back to 2% thereafter, with some conditions.
The ATM fees, yes I believe you need to deposit $1,000 per month.
No, the actual balance does not matter as long gone as you meet the monthly deposit.

Also, making sure you don't abuse the terms and conditions of the 5% is probably a good idea too.

Got a reply from them when I asked where my $75 was:
"I can confirm the next payment run for this bonus payment will be made by 5 September 2014"
