Tuesday KFC 12 for 12

I went to request for the KFC 12 for 12 dollars today, the person stated there will be a minimum of 2 chicken wings of all sets……..but I can request for other type of pieces to be excluded
What if I'm buying the 2 pieces meal? it will come with a pair of wings so i can fly away from KFC again?

It's not stated on the advertisement like the 9 for $9.95 which stated selection pieces applies……

I believed they should change to KFW (since Wings must be included as main

anyway, it's good that I can stay away from fried unhealthy food from them forever. Few of my colleagues did the same and look for alternatives now.

    I just went today and I did not get any wings in my 12 pieces.

      Lucky you, there was one time I heard one of the staff said "why you didn't give it to the customer" the another staff said they already got a good deal anyway….. I was like duh…. I'm not deaf here ….
      Really unhappy with KFC out of policy control and up to individual staff….. Bad company management with slogan "yum" you und###s me…..

    My local KFC is nice. If they give me wings, they give 2 instead of 1.

    Only thing I get mad about is when I get given a wing for the 2 piece combo + extra piece of chicken for 2.95.
    They always say there must be a wing in it if there are 3 pieces, so I always buy the combo then queue up again for the extra piece just to prove a point :S

    I think this is fair, otherwise everyone will just request no wings - if you buy 12 pieces, it's only fair you get all sorts of pieces not just what you want, because then everyone would get the ones with most meat.

    And let's be real, 2 wings and 10 other pieces for $12 is still a great deal and you know it, so don't know why you're complaining.

      I would agree with you, only if what you said is true……

      12 for 12 is 6 pieces of chickens and 6 strips……. i.e. you get only 4 pieces of non wings

      and the dinner set which is only 6 pieces too (19.95) you get only 4 of non wings……

      and i asked for the combo 29.95 , there will be 3 out of 10 is wings……

    Any time I order chicken, I say no breast pieces at all plz. It's always fine (which is what I'd expect). Wings and thighs are all I care for lol.

      i used to like wings when they serve with a bit of the breast part.

      recently it's only bare small wings …….. like chewing bones with skin….. sometimes it's overcooked end up like harden plastic…..
