Sony KDL60W850B 60" 153cm Smart 3D TV LED LCD for $2471 + PS4 w/Sony Offer @ Appliances Online

21

Hi all,

This seems to be a good deal. If you sell PS4 for $600, it's effectively $1900. Only few 60 inches cost less than $2k, and they are not reputable brand.

There are other Sony TVs 55-65" as well as part of the deal.

I think appliances online sell the cheapest price. It's $100 cheaper than JB Hifi.

Then you can claim for free PS4 from Sony website.

Is appliances online and Big Brown Box the same company?

    pretty optimistic

    • Sell it how?

      • I don't know, door to door maybe, put it on trading post, oh hang on, my 80 year old grandpa said you can sell items on eBay now!

        What is ebay?

        • What is ebay?

True, I think $500 is more likely, jbhifi selling for $575

  • Is appliances online and Big Brown Box the same company?

    Yes

  • The Sony website isnt showing how many PS4s are left :(
    https://www.sony.com.au/microsite/scoretwice/

    • Wow, thanks mate, do they do delivery?

      • Their websites says they do and the postage calculator is on the page to estimate the cost

  • I don't get it with the neg. Is there a better price elsewhere? Is there a better tv at better price elsewhere?
Otherwise why would this be not a bargain?

If someone post world cheapest paper clip, would that be a neg?

The same TV cheaper elsewhere means that it's not a bargain otherwise you are just giving your money away.

    • You are right, my apologies, I put wrong link, it is meant to be the Sony link.

      I can't change that link link however…

Have you bought from the Camberwell guys? I live in nsw and reluctant to buy.

      • I haven't bought from them yet only been to their store to have a look so can't comment on them. But as they are a sony authorised dealer I'd imagine there shouldn't be any issues with warranties and other issues.

  • Moderator please change the link to Sony.

Ok here is how to get it even cheaper. Buy woolworths Gift card with entertainment book and get 5% off it. To save money ask help from someone who has the book.

Then go to dicksmith with a friend that has employee benefit and buy the tv, ask price match from Camberwell electric.

So you get around $2000 plus ps4 from Dicksmith.

Unfortunately that probably only work in Melbourne.

If you sell the PS4 for $2471, this TV is also "effectively" free!!

    • +1

If you don't buy this TV you get a bonus $2471 for free in your wallet!!

  • The 55" equivalent is available from Sony for $2089 http://www.sony.com.au/product/kdl-55w800b. This includes free delivery for both the TV and PS4 and there is no need to submit a claim for the PS4.

    • True that price is good and convenient, according to static ice.
