    I have my box at home. I can give you the 4 digits but I wont be home till tonight. Maybe someone else can chip in with the 4 digits beforehand.

  You don't even need to buy the machine. The barcodes are not unique.

    Is it valid because the form will take any 4 digits. If it's not correct they may not supply the freebie.

  Here is a way of getting some barcodes:

  https://www.google.com.au/search?&q=de'longhi+nescafe+dolce+…

  Click on the models and see if any match your machine.
  If they don't, then I'd say one of the more common ones sold in Australia looks like the 5015 one.
