    Surely this can't be right… I received 18 out of 23 boxes and a refund for the 5 boxes - all in all, pretty happy. Then today I get this email offering me $83.25 credit off my next purchase!

      They are refunding you late and the promotion has ended, therefore the refund price is calculated based on the current full price, with is $16.xx I reckon, times five boxes and that's $80+. How silly is this system.

        I'm waiting on a credit as well for another item that was out of stock in the same order. I wonder if I get the credit for the full price of the goods rather than the half price special that I wanted. The refund will be in store credit as I paid by Wish card so I have no idea how they will calculate the payment.

          There was a glitch on there system and if you were using a mobile it wouldn't work but if you log on with your computer it should work

        Damned, just found a coupon code lying in my inbox with a $99.90 off offer, as a compensation for my cancelled 23 box of wipes. Used it immediately in case they realise their stupidity somehow. Best deal from Wollies ever.

        By the way, I still managed to pick up 20 boxes later after the first order being cancelled.

    I ordered 25 boxes but none were shipped. Credit card was credited the correct amount the following day. Just got an email with the following;

    I have loved this whole saga, thanks ozbargainers!! I ordered 14 boxes on 1/6, delivery (to lilydale, vic) on 3/6 only 2 boxes arrived. So I made 3 different orders on 3/6 to see if I would get a different outcome, delivery on 4/6 to my parents house (in mooroolbark, vic) only 2 boxes again. Next one was store pickup in lilydale today 6/6 and only 2 boxes again (I questioned it, they went and checked the shelf and apologised and said there were none on the shelf - I then went to check the shelf myself and there was 2 more on the shelf, hmmm). And then I have another delivery set up for 9/6 but I am predicting 2 boxes. I also just got the email for $99.90 credit, tested it on the online site and it seems to work! I'm quite pleased seeing as I was never expecting all the boxes to be delivered to start with, now I get a massive credit!

    I ordered 10 boxes unscented, no out of stock notification email. Received 14 boxes (apparently 4 unscented were replaced with scented, but got 10 unscented anyway).
    All delivered were the "once upon a time" brand.
    Yesterday got the email saying "sorry for the inconvenience, have a $99.90 code!"
    Called Woolworths and said i got the items (more infact!) and a credit. I felt bad taking the money.
    Guy says to me keep the extras, and the credit is because i ordered Select and was subbed to a different brand.
    Guilt now all gone, 14 boxes of wipes for $22, and $99.90 on top! Guess I'm shopping Woolies from now on.

    I received my whole 30 box order this morning woo hoo! 3rd time lucky! I will be sharing them around friends for cost price - have already seen some on gumtree for $10 a box :/ also used my 99.90 credit last night which was awesome - I get home delivery each week and usually spend around $200 so was nice :)

    Received $99 apology voucher - used for a shop yesterday with TENOFF50 code.

    Made another order for 14 boxes after the first original cancellation to be delivered today - received all 14 boxes.

    14 boxes? Are you saying you ordered these in the last couple of days, or where they ordered before this deal closed? I ordered 36 boxes, on 2 occasions. Delivered 2 boxes, got one $99 apology :) Just wondering if there will be a way to order more at a substantial discount. What did you pay for your 14 that were delivered today? Or did you order early in the week and just request delivery for late in the week. Hope you get what Im trying to get at…not even sure I do :) Congrats to all. thanks OP.

      I ordered right after the 1st cancellation and chose the furthest delivery time possible.

      Thought I would lock in the price and give them a chance to get more stock.

      Paid $31.50 for 14 boxes, had free delivery.

    Used my voucher and bought extra shopping and ~$50 [1/3] of my order was not delivered. They are only refunding me a fraction of the cost due to the voucher. I have been given approx $10 back. Additionally they took out $92 out of my account, I have no idea why on top of my wipe orders. Which I am waiting to be returned to me.

      I had a similar issue.. 6 packets of Curash wipes weren't delivered - they wanted to refund me $2.00 or so when the products 'totalled' $20.. In the end she spoke to her supervisor and they gave me another voucher for $20, a free delivery code plus an additional $15 to bump me over the $30 minimum spend. My 2nd delivery is due this morning.

        They are still stuffing me around. Back and forth. I am to contact my bank regarding the money they took out to get it back. In the meantime it will overdraft tomorrow as I am student. Extremely stressed about it. Most the food I ordered that did not arrive had been my meals I had planned to make and prepare during my exam week is now on. I think I am done shopping with Woolworths. It's a long story and a lot of mess ups. Last time I ordered I got wrong items, squashed food and charged extra as well for items I did not order. I should paste the email here with the replies. I waited during the window period which I have no issue with but to wait until evening to get the food to find out multiple items are not there and have to go out and get take away is what is frustrating. It wasn't items out of stock they were simply not there or wrong [not substitution wrong]. Woolworths said on the phone they would give me a voucher instead of putting cash back into my account for using the voucher they would only give me 20% for what was missing basically when I used my cash too. Why would I want $10 for spending $50 in items voucher or not. I spent my own money on top of the voucher too and it should not matter either way. But this is the attitude they have and simply we do not have to reimburse because you used the voucher. Regardless I would not have used the voucher to order some of my missing shopping if that was the case nor would I have used the voucher so soon if not had them take out more money than they were meant to from my account.

    My last order was delivered this morning - all 23 boxes arrived!!! I ordered them last Monday and ordered as far in advance as possible to give them a chance to restock, obviously it worked! :)

        I could open a childcare centre couldn't I! I bought 23 to spend over $50 to use the 10% code that someone posted. I'm giving all of the extra ones I don't need to my family and friends with babies. :)

        I highly recommend that you count all 11,040 individual sheets and the other 2,880 - just to be sure. They may of taken a few shortcuts - due to the shortage and all.
