E3 is this week, lots of new games are being announced.
To celebrate EB Games are offering an additonal 50% trade in value for all games and accessories traded towards preorders and PS4/Xbox One bundles.
Expires Monday next week.
This is stackable with EB World trade in bonus.
You can check the trade in value for things by calling up 133 930, calling your local EB, or asking in person at the store.
Wonder if you can trade in iphones towards this. Trade in price for iphone in Qld is quite good already. Add 50% and may be well worth it.

It's been a bit annoying having to call stores directly, who seem run off their feet, which can lead to misquoted trade prices.
They often drop trade in values just before these deals so be careful.
Also since they have a big storewide sale on now u will likely get less as they value a trade in at roughly a 1/5 (from memory) of its shelf price value.
Still worth a look tho.

my local ebgames never ever stack trade in value with the ebworld card, if it says 50%, then they say its 50%, can anyone confirm that it stacks? so if its 50% + 15% (ebworld card) then it becomes 65%?
Always stacks, so youd get 65%
From my experience, trade-in values are usually 1/3 of what the sale price is currently listed at on the website.
For example, GTA V preowned is currently listed as $47 (https://ebgames.com.au/xbox360-154038-Grand-Theft-Auto-V-pre…), so they would give you around $16 for trade-in. So with this 50% more promotion, they might give you $24 for the trade instead…

Trade-in value for XB360 Slim 4GB is $65.. With a couple games would probably get it to $100 roughly. Even with the additional 50% and an EB World card there's not much in it for trading in, from this perspective at least.
The 50% doesn't apply to hardware, only accessories and games, so you'd only get a little extra with your EB World card. You'd get the full 50% plus EB world bonus on the games.
Might be able to buy games cheaper than their trade in value from other shops.
