WTF?! 7 days after online purchase I get an "Adjustment Note" email for a refund claiming "Customer Error". More like they stuffed up and are not honouring their online offer. Clicked dissatisfied link on a email soliciting customer feedback but can't be bothered chasing this up further to help them hone their service. And, unsubscribed from the mailing list they put me on when I purchased. Will think twice about buying from them in future.
