Its a lanch console title thats why its so cheap and nobody wants it as a trade in. As far as this one on 360 goes. Its still a fun game title to play.

I'm a dumbass and should have actually clicked the link… it starts tomorrow haha. I was in the mall after work, and figured I'd take a look… and it was still $39.95. Not many on the shelves either, so I can't see them lasting for all that long tomorrow!
