Hi all,

picked up a bargain at Harvey Norman with the Russell Hobbs 2 slice Kitchen Metallics Toaster. previously $90 but on special online and instore for $34. you can pay online and collect from the store or just drop in. I went to h/n Moorabbin , they didnt have it on the floor but they had out back. have unpacked and it looks nice and solid, brushed s/s finish mostly. Unsure re expiry but it is part of their half yearly sale.

anyway hope this helps someone else in desperate need of a toaster that wont keep burning your bread!

btw it has a 2 yr man warranty

    I had one of these 6 month ago, not very good, makes a funny noise every time, end up given to my brother who is half deaf and loved it. One man's something is really another man's something……….lol

    All of these Russell Hobbs toasters etc are over-priced pieces of sh1t. That's what the Manager at my local Good Guys store said to me when I returned a faulty unit anyway (yes, really, although he didn't actually say "sh1t"; he just sort of partially sounded out the word, which is basically the same thing anyway).

    $34 isn't too bad I guess, but the RRP (and even the normal discounted sale price) is absurd.
