Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 for the ps vita is $13.45 (was $47.95) from the psn store. Cheapest I found on ebay for this game was around $32.95
They also have the Value Pack (additional costumes) reduced to $11.25 (was $29.95)

    Does anyone know if getting the costume pack on the Vita gets you the PS3 sets as well?

      I'm pretty sure they were cross buy but the PS3 version had it's DLC removed a while back and so now there is no mention of cross buy in the Vita version any longer. So no, I don't think it will get you the DLC for PS3.
