When I was ticketed. The officer actually logged it at 4:30 and the ticket printed at 4:31.
I got there around 4:30 within a minute or two. I could see the inspector further up the street, wasn't going to challenge him as that...
First time I've ever parked my car there, only bought my car Wednesday. Love how some people like to assume the worst though.
