Does this model have the Static Route feature?

I'm afraid I don't know the answer. I have forwarded your question to Belkin customer service. Once replied I will let you know. Thank you.

Here is reply from Belkin customer service: "I’m not positive what your customer means, exactly, but if they’re looking to utilize port forwarding with a static IP, the answer is yes. Also, the device supports a Static ISP configuration, as opposed to Dynamic/PPPoE/PPPoA."

      Thank you.

  • Is this compatible with TPG ADSL2+ and has PPPOE?

    • The modem is compatible with TPG ADSL2+. If i'm not mistaken you just have to be able to access the modem through the browser then click on wireless then run wizard by choosing PPPOE then enter your login detail provided by TPG. Thank you.

Hey OP i sent you a PM in regards to the last Iphone 5 case you sold by belkin, mine came with scratches on the plastic end and did not seem like it was brand new. Dont know if anybody else had the same issue.

You haven't responded to my query yet you shamelessly promoted you new "deal"

While its definitely not the stores fault, these modems are shit, after afew hours of below medium use, the thing died and would sometimes turn on only to enter a restarting loop.

    • Just finished typing up a similar story below then came across your post.

The only thing this company has going for them is lifetime warranty.

    • The modems are backed with full 1 year warranty. Within 30 days item faulty, provided you have contacted Belkin customer for troubleshooting and a case ID we will send you a new one and responsible to all postage cost return. After these 30 days up to a year time you can still process warranty with us or Belkin. In most cases you are also entitled for full refund for major fault with the product during warranty period. Thank you.

  • I've had 2 of these die on me within weeks.

The WiFi just stops working and trying to reset to factory settings also ended up bricking both of them.

    • Try to contact Belkin technical support to do troubleshoot - sometimes they accept eBay purchase even it's not from their known reseller.

      • I got it at OfficeWorks.

Not worth the hassle - just get a refund and buy a MikroTik
