I placed an order on 19 March 2014 :

Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L.

I haven't got the items yet.

How can I claim the items back or get refund?

Last time I had a delayed order with Amazon US I contacted them and they sent me a gift voucher for future purchases…Package arrived shortly after, although still past their estimated arrival date.

yeah , always contact Amazon.. I normally make a big deal even if its 1 day late. They will reimburse you for the shipping and if you complain again if it still hasn't come then you get a credit voucher.
