Apart from NSW fair trading, that exhibitor list is all parties who make a living from property transactions.To steal a cynical quote "Where are their clients' yachts?"
I took advantage to this at brisbane and it was pretty helpful as I (and my partner) are wanting to buy places for investment. the speakers we had didnt really force too much down our thoats but we are a tad reserved about their advise about buying newly built appartments is currently the best way to invest as they could have personal interest in it. but take it with a grain of salt and listen to what they say to give you an overview what to do (we are currently first home buyers as well and feel like noobs). FYI the pass gives you admin for one of the two days on the weekend, but no fears brisbane atleast had the same stuff both days.
