    nice price…

    It's such a lottery with Dick's Deals - was looking at purchasing this last week, ebay store was $70, dse.com.au was $50…now it's $39.98!
    meanwhile other stuff fluctuates the other way - Wemo Baby monitor was $28 after ebay coupon, now back up to $50! also the UE4000s, were $29 del'd, now $44 w/o delivery, lol.

    and this is just a couple of things I've been interested in buying…crazy.

      I read it as the case and mount is $39.83

      the mount on it's own is $34.27

        That's how I read it as well, although the naming is confusing.

        Going by the model numbers in the details compared to the model numbers/prices on logitech site I think that is correct though.

        Each +drive Mount comes with a universal adaptor that is easily placed in a slim case or directly on the phone to allow for quick and secure mounting.

        So you can buy the mount only, and put the adapter inside your existing case…

    I have one of these.

    The Case+Drive is a case for your phone plus a windscreen mount.

    The +Drive mount is only the windscreen mount. It comes with a thin magnetic plate which you can place inside the case of your phone (if you prefer to use your own case, or if you don't use an iPhone).

    It's confusing on their site that the +Drive mount is still named as the Case+Drive, but in the listing it says "Mount Only".

      How does it work for the Nexus 5? Slip the metal plate behind the case? I dont use a case.. Also is $40 really justifiable for a phone holder?

        dont need to buy any case.

        Nexus 5 without case will just stick on this car mount.

        I paid $50 for this car mount.

      Can anyone comment on when the iPhone is in the mount, if you press the home button with a single finger will it give enough support? or do you need to hold onto the phone to be able to press the button firmly enough?

        The mount is stiff enough so you can press the home button without it moving.

    Update: received mine today. Purchased the $39.83 and can confirm it contains the case and the mount as well as a seperate small metal plate that can be added to a different phone/device to make that magnetic also.

    Connection is very solid so phone wont be falling off.

    One negative is the case with the metal back does add some noticeable weight to the iPhone though in comparison to the light case I had on it previously.

        Just the one metal plate.

        It also comes with an adhesive base plate that can stick to a dashboard to allow the suction on the base unit to work.
