Mexican Terruno Nayarita
This brilliant new crop coffee has over 260 growers or members that together farm 650 hectares. Nearly all of these cooperative growers are clustered around an extinct volcano, Cerro San Juan, located immediately to the west of Tepic, the capital of Nayarit, which imparts its special characteristics of soil type and microclimate. This is the best Mexican coffee we have ever had in stock.

Crop : Feb 2014.
Processing : Fully Washed, sun dried.
Cupping notes : Q 86.75 Sweet and intense notes of orange and chocolate coupled with a smooth and silky body. It has clean and balanced citrus acidity and lovely notes of cocoa and caramel with a buttery textured finish.
Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda – Palmyra
From the famous Hacienda La Esmeralda, known for it’s spectacular Geishas. This is a traditional Boquete coffee, Palmyra grows on the slopes of the Barú volcano, in rich volcanic soils, in the area known as Palmira. This coffee is almost entirely of the Catuai varietal, and comprises approximately 70% of our crop. With a medium body and medium acidity, notes of nuts, chocolate and vanilla glimmer through.
Jamocha
A strong full bodied coffee blend with rich creamy mocha, fresh orange and chocolatey finish. Very delicious. Using some of the best coffee beans from around the world.
