  • I've ordered Bose noise cancellation headphones and my brother has ordered a couple of grand worth of cameras and parts from www.eglobaldigitalcameras.com.au and haven't had any issues.

  • Bought a lens from them, arrived promptly, no issues. Ordered a Kindle from them 2 days ago, it has been shipped and tracking number provided.

All round, they have been great, quick turnaround and shipping. Make sure you pay the extra few dollars for shipping insurance.

  • Hi Guys

Really appreciated your experience you share with me. All products you bought hoping they are Genuine.

    Thanks

  • Bought a Lumia 1520 a month ago which was in stock. A week later they sent me an "out of stock" email, and then the following week they finally sent me a "has been sent" email… Wasn't impressed to say the least.

Phone arrived last week, and the backlights on the buttons were faulty - dim with a orange tinge and you could see the bulb had separated from the glue. Contacted them the same day, and went through their RMA process. After running through all their requests, including uploading YouTube videos of the fault, they finally said:

"Our technicians have tested a batch of Lumia 1520s, and your fault doesn't appear to effect functionality. As such we are closing the RMA case"

Opened a dispute with PayPal, and they emailed me outside of it demanding I send the phone + invoice back to them (at my expense) without any guarentee of a refund. + I would be charged admin and restocking fees.

TLDR: eGlobal is cheap, but the goods you are getting come from Hong Kong, and may have failed QA. If you do have a problem, then you have next to no hope of getting RMA, so make sure you pay with credit card through PayPal (2 stages of protection).
