Not really as you can sell your old ps3 for over 100$? ( well depends on the model )
4gb 360 trades for around $50 I think so it's good.
Not sure if things have changed but it use to only be 250GB slim models that they would accept as trades.

I'd still recommend people to wait it out longer this bundle isn't really great value but you still save. Watch Dogs was a bad game, NBA is really only for people into sports games and ACIV is getting cheaper and cheaper since it's an old game and AC Unity is scheduled for an October release, so you could easily get a preowned copy of AC4 for around $30 or less by then, not to mention the only game worth buying this bundle for is really AC4.
Doesn't seem worth it unless you really like those specific games and want foxtel.
