From a review..

This book is an excellent primer for anyone who wants to get into parkour as a hobby. All the basic moves are given in great detail, with pictures for easier understanding. Parkour is a great way to stay in shape because it works all the muscles and requires a great deal of endurance, balance and flexibility. I can’t think of a better way to stay in shape.

‘Basic Parkour’ will tell you everything you need to know. From how to land safely to “running” up a wall (how is that even possible?), this book spells it out in a clear, concise manner.

hahaha this reminds me of when Sheldon (from the Big Bang Theory) goes swimming after reading how to online.
Parkour is extremely dangerous, learning it from text is stupid.

My sister is a nurse and says that the word "wankour" occasionally occurs in inpatient notes.

        • Moments before someone loses their job perhaps… then who would feel like the "wankour"

        • You mustn't be familiar with qld health. You can do a lot worse than that and not get sacked, and believe me, people have.

Haha because the best way to learn parkour is to read about it

  • Just in time before Mirror's Edge 2

    • Really? They're actually making a second one? Jesus.

At least I remember Kindle offering this…

  • Thanks for all the entertaining posts. Opened deal to see what it was. Very interesting: To think it took me years of incorrect lifting to bugger my back, when I could have done that and more in a much shorter time scale if I'd had this book.
