I Believe Mario Kart 8 + Super Mario 3D World are also scanning at $58 although this is just what the person at the counter said, I have no proof.

Super Mario Bros U is also a free game you can score at the moment if you purchase Mario Kart 8 and don't mind owning a digital copy.
If you want a better deal you buy Mario Kart 8 and you can get Super Mario Bros U for free if you register mario kart 8 before July 31st.

This morning bought the Wii U Zelda Wind Waker HD and and Super Mario 3D World (last one) for $40 each at Midland TGG. There is still one last Zelda WW HD left with $64 sticker price but just ask them nicely saying other TGG has it on clearance for $40 and if they price match it, they should fine with it.
