They're an eBay Group Deal, so it has to be authorised by eBay.
Also, you can get Vans from the US for $20-$40 depending on size colour, shipping on top of that though. There is also a skate store near me which regularly sells Vans for $40 but usually in sizes that never fit me, so I don't doubt the legitimacy of the product.
