In the T&Cs, it states: "Giftcards will be sent to the postal address provided in the credit card application form within 90 days of making eligible purchases."
Is has been 90 days + 1 week for me. If no one else has received theirs, I think I may just wait a bit longer.
I just wrote a post on their Facebook wall about this, and other issues. Feel free to check it out and spread the word about how dodgy they are.
Thanks for the updates guys. Similar experience for me. A guy told me he would check whether the card has been sent out and get back to me but never did. Looks like I will be following up this weekend.

Update: Comm Bank said I was ineligible because my purchase was from a Woolworths Caltex and not a 'just Caltex' fuel station.
But as a matter of good faith they decided to give me $50 credit which is even better so I am not complaining :)
They are screwing me around on this promotion, as well as the "Enjoy $100 cash back" (on signup) promotion. Numerous complaint emails later, still nothing. The last email I got back stated my complaint had been escalated to a manager. This was about a week ago, and no manager has bothered to contact me.
