Sorry for my ignorance, by why is this so expensive?

I understand you have multiple expansions and what not, but the quote is

    US regular Pack (worth 49.95)

Last time I checked the US regular pack was $25.

    • Hi onggie,
      Thank you for you comment.
At the moment the creators of the game do not offer wholesaling, let alone international retailers.
The quoted RRP of the regular pack includes express shipping to your doorstep and our cost to bring the stock to Australia. If you look around on Google, our prices are priced quite fairly compared to competitors selling it at ~$70.

      Hope this clears it up.

Based on a quick search on Amazon (probably overpriced…) and it seems the base + the 4 expansions are US$79.95+Shipping (don't even know if they will ship it to Aus).

So i reckon this seems like a good price?

  • Does this include both holiday expansion sets and the 90s Nostalgia expansion?

    • Hi Smash Martian,
This only includes the 4 base expansions and the Holiday set. We do not stock the 90s Nostalgia expansion.

      Thank you.

      • So, not the complete set then. Righto.

        • -1

It is complete in relation to all the types that we are able to stock.
          Sorry for the inconvenience.

@jkhamtanh: Instead of crossing out the word COMPLETE, how about you properly update your details with what is actually included, instead of hopefully trying to confuse people.

EDIT: Apologies, it was moderated to be like that so what I say above is invalid. Although "complete in relation to what we are able to stock" is false advertising to me…..or else I have a "COMPLETE***" Set of all the $5 bills produced in the last 10 years that I'll sell to you for $50.

COMPLETE***: meaning all that are in my current stock.

        • @Spectator:
          Check the revision history.

        • Still claims it's a "Full Set" in the title. Misleading description and cheaper elsewhere.

Edit: Aha, description fixed. :-) Now lets see what can be done about the price…

  • OzGameshop have it for $69.99.

I believe this is just the regular pack that we retail for $49.95.

That doesn't seem to have the expansions.

I ordered the loom bands from the totem last time. I was never sent the free pack of loom bands nor even offered an explanation as to why it was not sent and you guys never replied my email about it. Not exactly the best customer service.

    • Can you please PM me your order number and I can chase this up immediately?

This and some decent gsm paper. Is cheaper. Plus you can make your own.

    It's Creative Commons after all.

    • Yeah,,why the neg?? I was looking at making a set myself,,its free to download at their website!

      • Exactly… I'm not negging the deal, just thought I'd get this great resource out there as it's what I used to print and play.
The ability to edit and make your own cards is also fun.

      • I'm not sure that all the cards are available under Creative Commons 2.0. Definitely the main set, but don't think the expansions are.

Anyhow, I recently bought from ebay for $67 including the holiday and reject packs.

        • When you received this ebay copy, does it actually look legit. ie they aren't printing it themselves and is actually of good quality? With so many of these around now there has to be someone mass printing them other than the main manufacturer.

  • I'd suggest that you wait til PAX in October as I believe there's rumours of an Australian edition being announced there.

  • Significantly cheaper alternatives elsewhere. No bargain.

  • Just started playing online last week and wanted to share with friends so I've been looking at physical copies or even printing it out at OW.

I noticed this game doesn't have an AUS edition and your RRP could only have been recommended by yourself. Found a cheaper buy ^

Negative for conjuring up a 'RRP' and making it seem as if you've got the complete set for purchase
