    We don't carry that model on our site. Supplier do not have many of those in stock atm & they should slowly phase out.

      What makes you say they are slowly phasing out? Speculation or do you have some confirmation? Am I right and it's an EoL unit?

      Maybe I should avoid buying one unless it's bargain basement priced.

    Do you know when new models are coming? It looks like the DS2413+ was released late 2012 - so it's about 18 months old. I'm wondering if they are warming up for a DS2415+ maybe.

    Yes, just realised that was the case with my DS213j. Fortunately their Synology DSvideo and DSaudio apps support chromecast so it lessens the blow (i.e. there is a simple workaround).
