    Thanks for the link, although reading the first page of the ebook and seeing spelling errors makes me sceptical about its credibility.

  Hi sorry we are aware of this. We had redone the E-book and fixed all these grammatical and spelling errors however had some problems uploading it to the website.   It's a weird font too, some of the characters are 'taller' than others making it look almost like a mix of upper and lowercase. Pretty sure it's not my reader, never seen it do this before.

  You are being taught how to find, negotiate and buy at wholesale price instead of retail which results in savings for you.

  Over 90% of investors fail according to that page. Interesting. Would love to see the citation for that. Sounds like Internet Stats 101 to me.

  1. 17+ hours ago stated would upload correct version ebook - old one still showing = X
  2. Domain owner is a deregistered company = X
  3. Company with same name is deregistered = X
  4. Name is now a registered business name after above company deregistered.
  5. No one pays for these sort of webinars - they are are just a marketing tool to get you to spend money = X
  6. Ebook is really just more marketing and provides nothing = X
  7. This is spam, no stated saving in post = X

  Why would anyone listen to someone based on the above?

  The E-book shows you how to FIND bargains in Property. We don't SELL properties. We are uncovering how people are paying $30-100k more than they should be buying from marketers and showing you ways to negotiate with developers and sellers to achieve prices between $30-$100k less than what you would pay market value. I would call that a Bargain!?! What is your definition?
