I think your confusing the conditions of a service (example, if the service isn't used for a period then it is removed to save resources) and a 'catch'. A catch is generally accepted a 'bait and switch' or product upgrade.
Our service is free, there are no upgrades available. The server slot limit is clearly defined in the offering title.
This is a community sponsored service, we arn't selling a product. Its a take it or leave it situation.

just got it, pretty good :D i prefer mumble out of the voice chatting programs (vent, ts etc…) and also the wonderful ping !
Inactive servers are removed after a period of 14 days inactivity.
I think that is fair considering it is free.
I live in Perth and use team speak with other friends in Perth . Surely my ping would be better than using mumble with servers in Sydney?
Anything hosted at location "X" is always better than it hosted somewhere else other than location "X"
Mumble is great VoIP app. Supports Opus iirc.
