Biotherm members must hand in their Biotherm member card to Kiehl’s counter staff at a participating Store and sign up to be a Friend of Kiehl’s member (free to join) to receive a gift, while stocks last.

Sydney store is out of the Ultra Facial Cream but you can waitlist for it. Just fill in your details at the Kiehl's counter and give them your biotherm card for your free product. It took me less than 5 mins today
