I really want to see the Wicked musical here in Sydney and was wondering if anyone knew of any discounts going on, would love to know! It will be my first musical so hoping it will be a great time.

A bit more info re the ticket lottery in Melbourne, since it may be similar to the one in Sydney. If the show is 7:30pm, they said to put your names in before 5:00pm, at 5:30pm, they will draw the winning tickets. Tickets are only $45. Also, if more than 1 person is going, they cannot guarantee adjacent seats.

I would also be interested in cheap wicked tix - $45 isn't that good a deal if it's for the cheapest tix as they are normally $60 for Grade B tix. Is the lottery in Sydney run everyday?
Not quite sure. For Melbourne, I think it is most days, if not everyday. Best to check, since Sydney may be different as well.
Perhaps I recalled wrongly, or perhaps they have bumped up the price. I am not sure which.

They normally run a ticket lottery few hours before show time for first row highly discounted.
