  • after you register, do you get the keyring automatically or is there another form?

    • Should complete another form after login

  • Call me a cynical bastard, but does the offer of a crappy keyring constitute a genuine Ozbargain or just more spam?

    • Well it is a free item!

        Well Di, free's good!

        But where do you stop? If everyman and his dog who offered a free knick-knack or lolly or whatever, was listed in Ozbargain the site would be rapidly become an impenetrable jungle of rubbish.

        My local Officeworks (Artarmon) offers free coffee or tea to all potential customers. Ikea offers a free pencil, tape measure and paper to all comers.

        Should I post those as freebies?

        No, I don't think so.

          You get a free tape measure at IKEA? I never noticed that! I'd +1 that if it was up on ozbargain

            @hellbound: "IKEA provides tape measures, pencils and shopping list for you to write down price tag details. Everything you need to know about a product is on the price tag. You'll find detailed product information, measurements and where to pick up the item."

            Also free child-care! Not to mention free parking!

            Be my guest to post it as an Ozbargain…

              @Horizon: good one! lol

              @Horizon: As long as i know, IKEA always provides tape measures, pencils and shopping list in IKEA store also in another country. It's part of their services(The tape use for measures furniture size and plus they don't send it to you.)

              Come on, they send the freebies for you. Nothing to lose. If you don't like it, then don't apply it. That's it! :)

            @hellbound: It's only a cheap paper tape measure. It works but don't get too excited ;-)

            Also free bags available at shops if you buy anything and free pumped air, water and paper towel at service stations! ;-)
