SSD prices seem to be coming down but this is a clear cut from the ~$225 they were fetching just a few weeks ago. Strangely PCCG list this as the same price as the 840EVO, most other merchants are selling the 840EVO for around ~$145 now.

Also, the EVO is not the product in this post. So as good as performance as teabagger. may or may not be getting out of the EVO drive,it's irrelevant for people considering the PRO drive on offer here.
In order of performance & reliability:
840 -> 840 EVO -> 840 PRO
Of course, you have to pay a premium.
